Its location was good and excellent, really close to the bus stop and the restaurant and shopping centre. I was happy to find Queen Royal, it was at a medium distance from the hotel and served nice food.

We had a great time at this hotel! Its location is unbeatable, very close to many restaurants and bars, and a great shopping centre. We also loved the bedding area, which provided us with a very good night's sleep. The service was amazing, from room service to housekeeping, everyone was very helpful. We even got a welcome drink upon arrival! The room amenities were superb, with air conditioning, mini-bar, and a lovely terrace.

This place has everything one could need for a great stay. The leisure facilities, including the sauna and swimming pool, were fabulous and the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for lounging around.

The location was good, not too far from Decorative Arts Museum Rioja Palace.

One specific situation that happened during my stay was the issue with the hot water. Unfortunately, on the second night of my visit, there was no hot water available.
